The budget proposal was adopted by provincial deputies during a plenary session held on Saturday, December 28th, at the Kinshasa Provincial Assembly. Under the leadership of the Assembly’s president, Levi Mbuta, the deputies approved the budget following the endorsement of the report by the Ecofin Commission of the Kinshasa Provincial Assembly.
