A group of around ten individuals, of Congolese and Zambian nationality, were apprehended on the morning of March 21st on Avenue des Arpenteurs, near the Mutoshi Technical Institute, in the city of Kolwezi. These individuals were being housed clandestinely by a Chinese national, as reported by local authorities.
