Constant Mutamba Orders Arrest and Legal Action Against Chief Mpwuibwe Kilambe Mukendi Edmond
Constant Mutamba, the Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals, has instructed the Attorney General of the Lualaba province to arrest and prosecute Chief Mpwuibwe Kilambe Mukendi Edmond from the village of Mpwuibwe, located in the northeastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The minister’s office released a statement accusing Edmond Mpwuibwe of offering him a mining concession measuring 200 by 400 meters in Kolwezi, on the road to Likasi, along national highway number 39.
